How do I subscribe to a plan?
You can subscribe by visiting the "Subscription" page and selecting the plan you wish to purchase. Upon upgrading, you will gain access to all the benefits of that plan.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan directly on the page. If you are already on a plan and upgrade to a higher-tier subscription, the highest-tier plan will take effect immediately. The remaining term of your original (lower-tier) plan will be paused and will resume only after the higher-tier plan expires. Please note: Points already issued from your original plan remain in your account, but those specific points will not be re-issued when the original plan resumes for its next cycle.
How is the billing cycle for monthly plans calculated??
Monthly plans are calculated based on a fixed 31-day cycle. Starting from the purchase date, every 31 days constitutes one full billing cycle. For example:
- Purchase on Jan 15 → Billing cycle is Jan 15 – Feb 15 (31 days)
- Purchase on Mar 31 → Billing cycle is Mar 31 – May 1 (31 days)
If I buy a monthly plan mid-month, how is the fee calculated?
The first purchase is charged the full cycle rate, covering one complete 31-day period starting from the date of purchase.
How is the renewal date for monthly plans determined?
The renewal date is the 31st day following the purchase date. For example:
- Purchase on Jan 15 → Renews on Feb 15
- Purchase on Feb 28 → Renews on Mar 31
- Purchase on Mar 31 → Renews on May 1
How is the billing cycle for annual plans calculated?
Annual plans are calculated based on a fixed 372-day cycle (12 x 31 days). The full billing cycle runs for 372 days starting from the date of purchase. For example:
- Purchase on June 15, 2024 → Billing cycle is June 15, 2024 – June 22, 2025 (372 days)
- Purchase on Feb 29, 2024 → Billing cycle is Feb 29, 2024 – Mar 7, 2025 (372 days)
What discounts do annual plans offer compared to monthly plans?

How is the validity period calculated if I subscribe to both monthly and annual plans simultaneously?
If you subscribe to both the monthly and annual versions of the same plan tier, they will be activated sequentially based on the time of subscription. Specifically, if you subscribe to the monthly plan first, followed by the annual plan, the monthly plan benefits will be active first, and the annual plan benefits will take effect immediately after the monthly subscription expires.
Can I transfer my plan to another account?
