User Agreement

Dear users, welcome to use the services provided by Guangdong Lighthouse Engine Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "this platform"). Please read the following service agreement before using it. Using this application means that you agree to accept this agreement, and this agreement will have legal effect. 3. User Behavior

Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
Disrupting national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
Spreading pornographic, erotic, gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist or instigating criminal content;
Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
Harassment, defamation, threats, and impersonation of other users are prohibited;
Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, parades, demonstrations, and gathering to disrupt social order is strictly prohibited;
It is strictly prohibited to publish files or information that may prejudice the rights and interests of third parties, such as (including but not limited to): virus codes, hacker programs, software cracking registration information.
Uploading the works of others is prohibited. This includes the works of others that you download, take screenshots of, or collect from the Internet;
Uploading online pictures such as advertisements, banners, logos, etc. is prohibited;

4. Service Content

Users can choose the corresponding service content according to their actual usage needs and bear the corresponding fees by themselves. Users understand and agree that the services provided by this platform may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to the network status in the user's location area, the performance and availability of the user's device, etc. This platform does not guarantee the timeliness, security, accuracy and integrity of the service content, and shall not bear any liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from the user's use of this service.

5. Security of User Account and Password

When using this application, users need to register an account and set a password. Users should properly keep their account and password and be responsible for all actions under their account on this application. Users shall not provide their account and password to others for use, nor shall they use the accounts and passwords of others. If any illegal use of the user account or security vulnerabilities are found, the user shall immediately notify this platform. This platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by the leakage of the user account or its illegal use by others.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of this application belong to Guangdong Lighthouse Engine Technology Co., Ltd..
Without the permission of this company, users shall not use, modify, copy, disseminate, display or publish any content of this application in any way. The intellectual property rights of any content generated by users when using this application belong to the users themselves.

8. Disclaimer

Users clearly understand and agree that the risks of using this application are borne by the users themselves. This platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special and consequential damages caused by users' use of this application. This platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instability and other factors. This platform shall not be liable for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and security of the information published by users. Users understand and agree that this platform has the right to delete any information published by users on this application.

9. Termination of the Agreement

Users can stop using this application at any time, or apply to this platform for account cancellation. This platform also has the right to terminate this agreement at any time. After the termination of this agreement, the user's right to use this application will be terminated immediately. Users understand and agree that this platform has the right to delete the user's account and the relevant information in the account without notifying the user, and stop providing the services of this application to the user.

10. Law Application and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall all be governed by Chinese law. In case of any conflict between the provisions of this agreement and Chinese law, these provisions will be re-interpreted in full accordance with the legal provisions, while other provisions will still maintain their legal effect and influence on the users. Disputes between users and this platform should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, any party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where this platform is located.
